Refund and Cancelation Policy

We know how valuable your time is so please understand how valuable our time is. Once services have been provided, payment must be collected and no refund option is available. If you are not happy with your paid service let the cleaners know before they leave and please call our office immediately while they are still on the premises. Even though a refund option is not available for services we have already provided we will try our best to correct the situation before leaving the premises. Once our cleaners have left we are not able to go back and correct the situation and there will be no refund as stated by our policy.

To cancel or reschedule your cleaning services, we must be notified at least 2 hours prior tp your scheduled service time. This can be done at any hour of any day by either call, text or email. Failing to do so will result in an additional travel charge of $30.00 on top of your regular service fee which you will be required to pay in advance in order to reschedule your cleaning service.

To cancel your monthly service package we must be notified a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your monthly charge date. Failing to do so will cause your payment to be processed and as stated above no refund options are available. If you fail to notify us of the cancelation within the stated amount of time and your payment has been processed please call our office and we will try our best to accommodate you.
